Introduction

"Zeitgeist” means the spirit of our times - the ideas, challenges, and changes that define our age. Today, rapid advances in technology, urgent environmental concerns, and shifts in society are transforming how we see and create in art, design, and architecture.

In this moment of global change—shaped by the climate crisis, the digital revolution, debates over heritage, and evolving education—these creative fields are being called upon to respond with fresh ideas, critical thinking, and care for both people and the planet. ZEITGEIST 2026 is a space to explore where tradition meets innovation, where physical materials meet digital tools, and where local wisdom meets global perspectives.

This year’s conference brings together architects, designers, artists, interior designers, technologists, educators, students, and thinkers from many fields. Through talks, exhibitions, and workshops, ZEITGEIST 2026 will highlight new ways of working together and ask how creativity can help build a more inclusive, sustainable, and resilient future for all.
